Required Qualifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum (LDRP) unit with labor, postpartum, and nursery skills. The role supports patients with deliveries, postpartum needs, and newborn care for infants 35 weeks gestation or greater while following Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN) guidelines.
