Required Qualifications: At least 2 years of total nursing experience, including at least 1 year of Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience; current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications; proficiency in tracheostomy care, chest tube management, transradial (TR) band care, post-cardiac catheterization care, central line maintenance, cardiac rhythm interpretation, noninvasive ventilation, high-flow oxygen, and titratable cardiac medications. Responsibilities may include post-cardiac catheterization monitoring, stent-placement recovery, frequent checks for fresh cardiac catheterization patients, care for patients with cardiac rhythm disorders and acute coronary conditions, and management of patients requiring dialysis, high-flow oxygen, noninvasive ventilation, or titratable medications.
