Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse license issued by Washington State or a compact state; Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications; minimum of 3 years of pediatric cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) experience; first-time travelers must have at least 5 years of pediatric cardiovascular operating room experience. Cases may include Tetralogy of Fallot, pericardial windows, transposition of the great vessels, open-heart valve repairs, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO), patent ductus arteriosus ligation through thoracotomy, and atrial septal defect repairs.
