This position also oversees our elevated culinary team and the full operations of The Ridge Café, The Perk Coffee Shop, a sizable internal catering program, and all patient nutrition services, with day‑to‑day leadership support from the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Catering Chef. This leader will provide oversight and direction for our talented Nutrition and Diabetes Education staff, who deliver inpatient and outpatient community nutrition services, diabetes education across three locations, community nutrition programs, and contracted services.
