The Food and Nutrition program moved to the newly renovated Health and Human Services building in fall of 2015 and received a new teaching kitchen, sensory laboratory, food science/chemistry laboratory, research collaboration spaces, and active learning classrooms. Specialty credentials or certifications in nutrition and dietetics (e.g., advanced practice dietetics, nutrition support, renal nutrition, obesity and weight management, oncology nutrition, diabetes care and education, or other relevant specialty areas) are also preferred.
