Key Responsibilities • Evaluate and assess the physical therapy needs of pediatric patients across developmental stages • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting mobility, strength, and functional development • Perform therapeutic interventions including neurodevelopmental techniques, gait training, and motor skill facilitation • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans to meet evolving clinical goals • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and nursing staff to coordinate patient care • Participate in discharge planning and coordinate referrals to outpatient or community-based therapy services ✅ Requirements • Active OH PT license • BLS certification • 2+ years of Pediatrics Physical Therapist (PT) experience • PALS certification preferred or required based on facility • Strong knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and evidence-based rehabilitation practices Pay Pay range: $2,920 to $3,027 per week.
