Position Purpose: The Assistant Director of Recreation: Competitive Sports provides leadership and oversight for competitive sports and related recreation programs, including program development, student leadership, personnel management, risk management, budgeting, assessment, and event operations. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable productivity software and technology platforms used for recreation programming, facility scheduling, participant registration, sport league management, staff scheduling, communication, assessment, and financial administration.
