Teach undergraduate and/or graduate accounting courses consistent with School of Business needs, faculty qualifications, and applicable accreditation and regulatory requirements; Demonstrate commitment to innovative, student-centered pedagogy, including experiential, project-based, and technology-enhanced learning approaches; Teach high-quality asynchronous online courses that foster engagement, instructor presence, and meaningful student interaction; Assess and grade assignments, projects, and exams with actionable feedback, returning them to students promptly; Provide in-person and virtual office hours each week to support students with guidance and refer them to support services as needed; Engage in ongoing professional development in both the academic discipline and teaching methods;Collaborate with other faculty members to align course requirements and contribute to departmental goals.
