Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Working with the Principal in Charge, or senior project manager, prepares strategic plans for project success, including estimates fees, scope of work, proposals, project schedules, contracts, consultant selection, consultant negotiations, and monitoring and preparing additional services requests. Position Overview: Licensure preferred but not required: Manages multiple small/medium projects, coordinates all aspects of assigned projects, and estimates scope of work.
