The Project Manager collaborates with agency executive management, IT management, division management, system users, agency personnel, consultants, vendors, contract staff, representatives from other agencies, Indiana Office of Technology (IOT), and other individuals or groups involved in project implementation. The role is responsible for monitoring project progress, communicating updates to management, coordinating project activities, and facilitating cooperative and non-cooperative problem-solving with project teams and stakeholders impacted by automation initiatives.
