Degree or coursework in construction management, landscape architecture, horticulture, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on industry experience; zero to two years of construction, landscape, or field coordination experience (internships count). Working under the Senior PM, take ownership of assigned lots by verifying readiness, tracking progress, checking quality, maintaining records, and closing punch-list items.
