Please describe your fiber optic field experience and familiarity with the following tasks and equipment: • Ribbon fiber splicing and related preparation tools • Loose tube fiber splicing and related preparation tools • Fiber test launch boxes • Optical Time Domain Reflectometers (OTDR) • Ribbonizing loose tube fiber • Armored cable preparation • Emergency fiber restoration and fault troubleshooting. Operate and interpret data from equipment including spectrum analyzers, field strength meters, digital modulation meters, sweep frequency response equipment, optical power meters, optical time domain reflectometers (OTDR), Time Domain Reflectometers (TDR), cable locators, and fusion fiber splicers.
Basic Qualifications: + Bachelor's Degree and 8 or more years of experience in the Relationship Management areaOR + High School Diploma or Equivalent and 10 or more years of experience in the Relationship Management areasAND + 6 or more years management or senior level experience in product/ service/ manufacturing/ financial/ legal + Experience working at global, strategic, and operational levels + Experience leveraging global resources to capitalize on them + Experience managing profitable, external strategic relationships Preferred Qualifications: + Minimum 10 years of commercial insurance experience, including at least 5 years focused on Construction. This would include but not limited to, reviewing project schedules, training new installers and/or subcontractors, monitoring work progress, monitoring expenses, field measures, permits, helping crews start/finish jobs, completing service calls, and meeting with customers to review difficult or complicated jobs. Qualifications: Applicant must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in construction field operations, with a focus on sunrooms, doors, and windows.
p>What your day-to-day will look like: - Lead small to medium-scale projects ($250K-$1M) independently from initiation through closeout, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction; support senior project managers on larger regional projects and shadow senior leaders to learn complexities of major initiatives.
- Participate in structured coaching sessions with senior project managers to review lessons learned and identify growth areas; proactively seek exposure to complex project types and delivery methods; apply learnings to advance toward senior responsibilities and mentor junior team members.
