We are open to hiring an experienced Grading Superintendent who can step into the role now, or a strong Grading Coordinator / Grading Foreman-level candidate who has the right field knowledge, leadership ability, communication skills, and drive to grow into the role. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with Foreman, crews, PMs, Superintendents, leadership, inspectors, vendors, surveyors, testing companies, traffic control providers, and clients.
