Essential Job Duties • Teach assigned curricular load credits • Advise and mentor students • Meet with and advise potential applicants • Participate in research and/or scholarly activities • Comply with University guidelines for faculty responsibilities and service to the University • Engage in professional development and responsibilities • Maintain clinical competence • Assist in the evaluation and development of curricula • Attend and participate in division and college meetings • Attend and participate in division student events • Conduct ongoing program assessment through data collection, review, and analysis • Serve as mentor and content expert for adjunct faculty • Participate in program student success efforts such as remediation, success plans, etc. Position Requirements • Earned academic doctoral level education degree (i.e. PhD or equivalent) • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program • Experience or advanced education in areas of teaching responsibilities • Licensed in Physical Therapy or eligible for licensure in Missouri • Knowledge of curriculum and teaching area.
