The Program Coordinator works with contracted visual and performing art teachers to design educational and enrichment programs; selects, contracts, and supervises teaching artists; works with City marketing staff to promote programs; supervises volunteers; interacts with students and families; and supports other Department and Division initiatives as assigned. The Cultural Events & Services Division of the Department of Parks, Recreation & Culture is seeking a part-time Arts Education Program Coordinator to develop, organize, and implement enriching in-person visual and performing arts classes, workshops, camps, and other education programs, activities, and events for children, teens, and adults.
