The ideal candidate will become an understudy to experienced architects to assist in the development of high-quality design and detailing for complex projects + Experience coordinating work with a variety of disciplines: civil, landscape, and MEPS + Diversified knowledge of architectural principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields + Independently analyzes and applies solutions to challenging issues within area of expertise by applying critical thinking + Accountable for larger portions of a project or process and prepares project deliverables that are reviewed by senior team members + Responsible for initiating and developing design and construction document drawings through completion for assigned projects in conformance with the requirements, applicable codes, and design criteria established by the project’s discipline leaders + Under indirect supervision, completes design assignments of moderate complexity.
