This training includes Anti-Terrorism (AT) Level 1 including additional topics as directed by Regional Commanders, iWatch training, Army Training Certification Tracking System (ATCTS), Operation Security (OPSEC), Communication Security (COMSEC), DOD Cyber Awareness, and other training as required by the Government. The Educational Counselor must also have knowledge and experience with the Post 9/11 GI Bill, Montgomery GI Bill, Army Tuition Assistance, the Army Credentialing Assistance program, which covers over 1,900 credentials, the Educational Development Plan (EDP) process, and Functional Academic Skills Training programs that prepare soldiers for testing and basic skills education.
