The successful candidate will also operate and maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment; complete basic preventive maintenance and minor repairs; perform vehicle and equipment inspections; support snow and ice removal operations; assist other skilled trades as needed; and respond professionally to assigned work orders while accurately documenting completed work. Key responsibilities include repairing doors, windows, floors, walls, roofs, lighting, plumbing fixtures, furnishings, and other building components; installing items such as cabinetry, shelving, tile, ceilings, sidewalks, and fixtures; and helping ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and welcoming for employees and the public.
