Supports the planning, organization, and oversight of maintenance activities including plant operations, building systems, grounds, utilities, preventive maintenance, contractor management, regulatory compliance, and work order management. Major Responsibilities: Assists in coordinating maintenance, repair, and improvement activities for UMMH-owned and leased facilities, ensuring buildings, grounds, and infrastructure are maintained in a safe, reliable, and operational condition.
