Serve as the primary facilities coordinator for the Allen House. This position reports to the Senior Executive Director of Intercultural Excellence.Serve as the executive support for the Senior Director of Intercultural Centers & Director of the Interfaith Center. Serve as primary point of contact for the Director's calendars. Ensure that the Director is prepared for all aspects of the daily calendar and screen and route incoming phone calls, handle communications, and assist with signature and other events/programs support throughout the academic year. Serve as the facilities manager for the Allen House.
