The RN will assess patient needs, establish and update individualized plans of care, deliver skilled nursing services, educate patients and caregivers, and help ensure continuity of care throughout the patient's course of treatment. The region provides a combination of suburban living, parks and outdoor recreation, diverse dining and entertainment, cultural attractions, and access to both urban amenities and quieter residential communities.
