Schedule first day orientation and ensure efficient, effective and welcoming onboarding process: partner with IT to ensure access cards, email, work space, and computer (with appropriate systems access) or other equipment are provided; partner with direct supervisor and other stakeholders, to ensure onboarding employee is coupled with a coach and first day preparations are complete; meet with employee on first day; complete new hire paperwork and orient employee to equipment, logistics, log-ins and facilities. Point of contact and maintains the HCP OSHA/HIPAA compliance training subscription service: assign appropriate training to new/existing employees; maintain reminders; ensure employee status changes (new and terminated) are updated in a timely manner; periodically audit HCP subscription records for accuracy and training status, reporting to supervisors as necessary and appropriate.
