The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing Human Resources support for the facility, which includes maintaining all personnel records and files, answers the HR phones, assists with all walk-ins, maintains the compliance for all licensing, certifications, and immunizations, sets up for general employee orientations, compiles, retrieves, and processes personnel data, actions, and changes with appropriate timeliness, assisting in development and implementation of personnel policies, procedures, and manuals. Operating acute care hospitals, behavioral health facilities, outpatient facilities and ambulatory care access points, an insurance offering, a physician network and various related services located in 40 U.S. states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and the United Kingdom.
