Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • 5+ years of progressive HR experience • Strong working knowledge of California employment law (wage & hour, LOA, investigations, employee classification, documentation, terminations) • Demonstrated experience exercising independent judgment in resolving workplace issues • Proven experience administering HRIS systems and maintaining employee data integrity (UKG preferred) • Experience conducting workplace investigations • Ability to influence managers and operate with discretion and sound judgment • Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (advanced Excel preferred). HRIS Ownership & Workforce Data Governance • Own administration, integrity, and optimization of HRIS (UKG) • Execute employee lifecycle transactions (hires, status changes, compensation updates, separations) • Maintain audit-ready HR documentation and personnel records • Produce workforce and compliance reporting (headcount, turnover, LOA tracking, etc.) • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
