Any one or combination totaling two (2) years (24 months) from the categories below: A. Coursework in business, dietetics, culinary arts, food science, nutrition, hospitality, hotel, catering, restaurant, or institutional management, or a closely related field as measured by the following conversion table or its proportional equivalent: 30 semester hours equals one (1) year (12 months). Additional duties include placing orders; accurate inventory of necessary food stocks, small wares, and uniforms; training, scheduling, mentoring, and evaluating student employees; maintaining good customer service; and maintaining equipment, completing work orders, and recommending facility improvements.
