This position works closely with the HR Manager to support performance management and development processes and collaborates with cross-functional teams to help implement and advance HR initiatives.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled at building strong relationships in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Compensation: 70k annually
FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. In this role, you will offer guidance and support in areas including employee relations, leave of absence administration, onboarding, and general HR operations.
You will play a key role in fostering a consistent and positive associate experience across multiple properties while ensuring compliance with Arizona and applicable federal employment laws.
