You will visit agency offices, run lunch-and-learns and CE-style presentations on the claims and restoration process, stay top of mind with regular check-ins, and follow up on every referral to make sure the agent and their client are taken care of. You will build and maintain relationships with independent and captive insurance agents across San Antonio and the surrounding area, so that when their policyholders have water, fire, mold or storm damage, they call Lightspeed Restoration first.
