The Director requires strong leadership and hands-on expertise in enterprise networking, cloud infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, AWS, endpoint management, identity and access controls, monitoring, vendor-managed services, disaster recovery, and infrastructure operations within a pharmaceutical or life-sciences environment. Manage documentation, vendors, and infrastructure delivery: Maintain current, secure, access-controlled documentation for network diagrams, circuit inventories, device configurations, carrier contacts, power dependencies, cloud-resource ownership, support contracts, configuration backups, and emergency procedures.
