Required Qualifications: Valid New York license in hand; at least 2 years of ICU experience; certifications in ACLS, BLS, NIHSS; experience with arterial line management, blood product administration, central line care, continuous IV paralytics and sedation, infection prevention, dysrhythmia interpretation, PPE and isolation precautions, IV insulin protocols, management of dysrhythmias, obtaining 12 lead EKG/ECG, phlebotomy, PICC line management, procedural sedation, starting and maintaining IVs, thermoregulation, titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips, Epic charting system experience. Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge experience, community hospital experience, LTAC experience, trauma level I or II experience, travel experience, experience with interdisciplinary support teams, and familiarity with the Epic EMR system.
