The Digital Data Networks (DDN) Business Unit is seeking a R&D Manager, Core Manufacturing Process Technology to lead a global team of subject matter experts in identifying, developing, and supporting the deployment of the new process technologies required to manufacture next-generation high-speed, high-density interconnect platforms, including switches, servers, data storage systems, and AI hardware. Supporting the Advanced Development "Technology Transfer" capability, front-line Manufacturing Process Development Engineering (MPDE) and the plant-level manufacturing teams to transfer process concepts, technical specifications, and advanced process knowledge to ensure successful scale-up and production implementation of new technologies.
