These core areas come to life through the practical, strategic, and collaborative work you’ll lead: Lead Accounting Operations & Financial Reporting: Oversee accounting operations across Christ Church and the Christ Church Ecosystem, including General Ledger management, account reconciliations, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close processes, and the accuracy and integrity of financial records. As the Accounting Director, you will lead six core areas that strengthen the financial health and operational excellence of Christ Church: Accounting Leadership & Financial Reporting, Internal Controls & Compliance, Audit & Financial Management, Financial Systems & Operational Excellence, Budgeting & Financial Analysis, and Team Leadership & Collaboration.
