Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field· CPA or CMA certification preferred· 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a management position· Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting· Experience with financial systems and software, such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar platforms· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address financial issues· Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability· Experience with process improvement and implementation of new financial systems Manage treasury and cash flow, updating bank account cash balances weekly and preparing ACH and wire transfer transactions.· Review and recommend changes and improvements to financial and accounting policies, processes, and procedures to meet internal and external requirements, including implementing new financial systems, financial accounting, and budgeting processes.·
