Under the direction of the Recreation Supervisor - Sports Division, you will serve as the on-site lead staff member at assigned gyms and fields-opening and preparing facilities for use, inspecting sites for safety, monitoring programs and participants, answering patron questions, enforcing rules and regulations, and securing the facility at the end of each shift. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in program supervision and site leadership, making this a strong stepping-stone for future work in parks, recreation, or sports management.
