To be considered for this position, you must possess a master's degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, English, or a related field from an accredited institution, as well as experience teaching adults in ESOL, English, or related disciplines. Adjunct faculty should have a deep understanding of second language acquisition, effective teaching strategies, and a commitment to student success to ensure instruction will meet the diverse needs of a multicultural student population.
