During the initial phase of the assignment, services provided will focus on equipment relocation, equipment installation, facility readiness projects, infrastructure implementation efforts, inventory establishment, material handling activities, and coordination of contractors, equipment suppliers, and service providers supporting the transition to Southlake. Services provided through this assignment include coordination of equipment relocation and installation activities, facility readiness efforts, infrastructure implementation support, material handling, inventory and asset tracking, contractor coordination, engineering documentation support, and safety and environmental compliance support activities.
