Operations Manager: manage day-to-day business operations of an appliance repair company; optimize workflows between technicians, dispatch, and support teams; drive customer satisfaction and resolve service bottlenecks; maintain technician roster + records; track productivity/quality KPIs and produce monthly reports; ensure technicians are properly equipped (tools, equipment, uniforms) and compliant for field work; partner cross-functionally with HR, Quality, Operations, and Tech Support on performance, retention, and process compliance; build motivation/recognition programs to retain top performers.
