Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field 6+ years of healthcare operations experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role Hands-on revenue cycle management experience with Medicaid/MCO and commercial payers Track record of leading multi-department teams and managing to budgets and KPIs Experience implementing EMR, practice management, or HRIS systems Strong working knowledge of HR practices, employment law basics, and healthcare compliance (HIPAA, Medicaid program integrity) Preferred Qualifications Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or similar) Startup experience as a Director of Operations or Chief of Staff, ideally in healthcare or another field with regulatory compliance requirements Director of Operations experience at an ABA agency, or experience in behavioral health, Early Intervention, or other community-based services Multi-state operations experience, especially in Pennsylvania and New Jersey Experience integrating acquisitions at a private equity-backed company Experience opening or running center-based clinics A builder mindset and comfort creating structure where none exists A data-driven approach, with a bias for action and strong follow-through Clear communication that earns trust with clinicians, staff, and families Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $140,000–$175,000, based on experience Annual performance bonus: tied to company performance targets Benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability Location & Work Arrangement Hybrid, working from the Hoboken, NJ office three days a week.
