What your day-to-day will look like: Perform maintenance and repair of building mechanical systems including HVAC equipment (chillers, air handling units, rooftop units, fan coils), pumps, motors, exhaust fans, boilers, and hot water systems while completing preventive maintenance tasks and responding to work orders across mixed laboratory and office facilities. Perform basic electrical maintenance including lighting replacement, ballast changes, generator service, UPS systems, and lighting controls, plus basic plumbing repairs such as sink, faucet, and toilet repairs along with light carpentry tasks as needed.
