What You'll Do Deposit Operations Specialists support a variety of essential deposit and digital operations functions, including: * Process and verify daily banking transactions, including wire transfers, check deposits, and electronic payments * Review reports and system activity to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations * Monitor and resolve transaction exceptions, including mobile deposits, high-dollar items, and rejected transactions * Support regulatory processes such as Reg CC holds, levies, and other legal requests * Respond to internal and external inquiries, providing timely and professional service to branches and customers * Assist with foreign currency transactions and check collections * Maintain accurate and organized records in accordance with bank policies and audit requirements * Partner with internal teams to research and resolve discrepancies * Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives Requirements: To thrive in this role, you will need: * High school diploma or equivalent * 1+ year of experience in banking * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications * Experience in deposit operations, payments, or back-office banking functions * Familiarity with check processing, wires, or electronic payment systems * Exposure to banking regulations (e.g., Reg CC) or compliance processes * Experience with core banking systems * Familiarity with Smartsheet The pay range for this position is based on the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe to pay for this position at the time of this posting.
