Key relationships: Reporting to the Vice President of the Ed Center, the Director will collaborate closely with the Ed Center leadership team, program associates, and key College leaders-including the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Human Resources Officer-to ensure financial integrity, strengthen operational systems, and harness data analytics to drive strategic decision-making. The College further supports and influences positive outcomes for children every day through professional development programs, research projects, and other key efforts engaging educators, intermediary organizations, and government officials at the district, state, and federal levels.
