This position includes approximately 50-70% field work, including outdoor job site work, trailer deployments, camera mounting, cable running, equipment troubleshooting, and repairs in various weather conditions This role supports the company's internal technology systems while also installing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mobile surveillance trailers, security cameras, networking equipment, and related technologies in the field. Essential Responsibilities The IT Systems & Field Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting and managing a broad range of technology systems, including: Email and systems administration , including user account management, onboarding and offboarding, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and HubSpot.
