Job duties Include (depending on your skill level and assigned client) medication reminders, light housekeeping, meal prep, bed baths, shower assistance, toileting, safe transferring, Hoyer lift support, catheter care, ostomy care, accurate documentation, reporting changes to nurses, transportation to appointments or errands, and meaningful socialization to support mental and emotional well-being.
