The Lead Analyst, HR Services reports to the Manager, HR Services and is responsible for leading HR process design, governance, and internal controls across the Oracle HCM Cloud suite, including Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Core HR, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Review, Succession Planning, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence Management. Experience: 10+ years of overall experience in HR operations, process governance or controls, and subject matter expertise in multiple Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle EBS, or PeopleSoft Cloud modules preferred; comparable enterprise HCM platforms considered.
