The AVP provides strategic legal counsel on complex business, governance, transactional, contracting, real estate, and operational matters while partnering closely with executive leaders, boards, committees, operational teams, and key stakeholders to advance organizational priorities. The AVP is responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of attorneys, paralegals, contract professionals, legal operations leaders, and support staff while driving excellence in legal service delivery, operational effectiveness, and organizational performance across the health system.
