GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Performs a variety of skilled tasks in the maintenance, repair and preparation of state building facilities and grounds; repairs, adjusts, and installs a variety of complex equipment and fixtures using carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, refrigeration and other mechanical skills; performs preventive maintenance on building facilities; participates in new construction projects; performs warehouse duties including receiving and delivery of supplies for all departments; performs biannual physical inventory of all warehouse supplies.
