Unlike software or IT-focused solutions engineering roles, this position is rooted in mechanical engineering — applying hands-on technical knowledge of components, assemblies, and manufacturing processes to solve real design challenges for our customers. Provide technical design support and education both internally and externally on products, including materials, fits, tolerances, lifespans, engineering calculations, sizing, CAD models, website, and functions via phone, email, and internal training.
