Experience delivering full range of security services including, but not limited to: All aspects of pre-screening hiring and onboarding new contractors, administering briefings/debriefings, security incident management, mentoring and instructing employees to ensure program and employee compliance with sponsor CI/Security regulations.
p>You qualify at the GS-11 grade level if you possess one of the following: - One year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in Federal service, that demonstrates the ability to provide assistance on all matters relative to classified program management and the application of security control measures and processes to ensure compliance of all security guidance and policy within the assigned area of responsibilities, with a specific emphasis on Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) operations and management; assist with ensuring that classified material is properly controlled, transmitted, packaged, safeguarded, destroyed, and when appropriate, brought under accountability; provide assistance in security protections regarding classified national security information (CNSI) to include SCI and established Agency and inter-agency activities to determine compliance with security requirements; assist with developing and presenting informational briefings using a variety of media to effectively convey security information and concomitant requirements.
