Working under the direction of maintenance leadership, the Senior Maintenance Supervisor provides functional leadership and field guidance to Maintenance Technicians, Porters, and Housekeeping staff while supporting maintenance operations, preventive maintenance initiatives, quality control efforts, and service response execution at the property level.
