Key duties include adjusting equipment, checking seals, weights, and product appearance, and handling rework. The role requires maintaining cleanliness, adhering to safety protocols, and reporting issues promptly. Leadership and backup responsibilities may be involved. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of production experience.
