Additional duties include ordering from distribution warehouses and external suppliers per Service Recovery SOPs, processing Removal/Install transactions, managing returns of unused inventory ( 06 Material ), and resolving issues identified in In Transit and Stationary Tracking Reports. The Program Manager manages site level shortage activity, including reconciliation, meeting required deadlines, ordering from stock, recalling station spares, checking the MRO Master and other sources for available inventory, and procuring from OEMs or surplus vendors.
